Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not require customers to return items. Instead, eligible cases will be resolved through refunds while you keep the product.

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item received is incorrect or not as described
  • The product has a clear manufacturing issue

We do not accept refund requests for:

  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor cosmetic differences that do not affect functionality

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo or video evidence showing the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued
  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping Costs

All product prices include shipping.
There are no additional return shipping costs, as items are not required to be sent back.

Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The issue is not supported by evidence
  • The product has been intentionally damaged or misused
  • The request is made after the 30-day period
